How are 3D models billed and delivered?

Use get_pricing for the current credit cost, then create_3d_model once the human agrees to spend it. The account pays once per vehicle and color; a re-order already owned by that account is free (billing.already_owned). A failed model is refunded. Poll get_3d_model to check progress instead of placing another order.

Models include GLB, USDZ and FBX. Publishing a paid-for model is free and returns key-free URLs and a car-3d embed. Published files are public. Paying once for a model means you are not billed again for that vehicle and color; it does not transfer ownership or override the plan license.
