What happens to my images when my plan ends?
Renders and 3D models delivered to your account while it was on a paid plan keep their commercial license after the plan ends, whether you cancel, a renewal is not paid or you close the account. Copies you keep on your own servers or CDN, and renders inside pages, apps, quotes and documents your product already produced, stay licensed for those products. There is no wind-down deadline and nothing to delete.
What ends with the plan is everything that needs the service: new renders and signed URLs, delivery and renewal from our servers, re-renders as the rendering process improves, and the commercial license for anything delivered afterwards. An account that continues on Free can still spend purchased credits, but renders delivered on Free carry only the evaluation license, so adding a vehicle or color to a commercial product again needs a paid plan at that moment. There is no pause option; cancel in the dashboard and subscribe again when you need new renders.
Signed URLs keep serving until their own expiry; a renewal is a new delivery. Renders obtained in breach of the terms (from another account, by circumventing metering, or commercially on Free) were never licensed and must be deleted within 30 days if the account is terminated for breach. Before October 12, 2026 the terms said the license ended 30 days after the plan; the current terms apply that change to every render delivered on a paid plan since September 17, 2026.
