Can I use images and 3D models commercially?

Pro, Business and Enterprise cover commercial use in your own websites, apps, listings, documents, marketing and other products. The license is worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable and royalty-free; no attribution is required. Free is for evaluation and personal, non-commercial projects. The same license applies to paid-for 3D models.

Renders and models are licensed, not sold. Paying credits or owning a 3D request does not transfer ownership or grant a perpetual commercial license. The license covers assets obtained by your own account under its plan. A separate Enterprise agreement may add rights; its written terms control.

The license ends 30 days after the plan ends; commercial copies must then stop being used and be deleted, including caches and copies in products. The terms include exceptions for termination without cause or discontinuation of the service. Assets delivered and credits purchased before September 17, 2026 retain the rights of the terms they were obtained under. Ask support to review historical or account-specific agreements.
