Which terms and usage policies apply?

The terms of service cover the website, dashboard, REST API, MCP, CLI, SDK, plugins, renders and 3D models. Your plan determines the license; a separate written Enterprise agreement prevails where it differs. The privacy policy explains personal-data handling.

Do not present renders as photographs of an individual real vehicle, imply manufacturer approval, evade metering or rate limits, share a plan between unrelated parties, resell raw API access, or use the assets as standalone libraries or training datasets. You may build products using the service within your plan's license and charge for those products.
